SR5169 & SR527 Intersection Improvement Project
Abeyta & Associates acquired strips of land along the intersection for street improvements. This project was a federally funded project. Services included: preparation of right-of-way project funding estimates, and administrative offer summaries; organized, implemented, and managed a right-of-way staff; assigned appraisals and review appraisals; obtained title reports; negotiated for rights of way; cleared title encumbrances; and obtained funding certification. The project also included the relocation of two businesses.
