We have extensive knowledge in state and federal guidelines and regulations controlling our industry. And, we have many years of experience working on projects with funding sources from the US Department of Housing Urban Development (HUD), Federal Transit Authority (FTA), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Federal Emergency Management Agency, (FEMA) Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), Transportation Improvement Board (TIB), and local Agencies.

Rosa is owner and designated broker of Abeyta & Associates. She has over 27 years experience in real estate, and over 17 years experience in Right-of-Way acquisitions and relocation projects. As a senior Right of Way agent, she has extensive experience in all aspects of Right of Way acquisitions & relocation services for federal funded projects. She has several years experience in the management of acquisition and relocation projects and has received a certificate in Project Management by the University of Washington. She has experience in the development and facilitation of acquisition and relocation programs, and has experience in representing Agencies in public meetings and Council presentations.

Mat Harris is an associate with Abeyta & Associates responsible for the acquisition of property rights, and residential and business relocations in accordance to State and Federal guidelines. He has participated on a number of projects from Maple Valley to Oak Harbor by preparing forms and correspondence, preparing property value estimates, meeting with residential and commercial property owners and tenants, completing documents required for the acquisition of property and closing of the sale. Mat is also very involved in all aspects of relocation, including evaluating the needs of the displace, developing Rent Supplement Reports and Housing Comparison Worksheets, processing relocation claims, finding and inspecting comparable replacement apartments or houses, and explaining the relocation process.
