Abeyta & Associates is a minority and women owned business in Seattle, Washington, that is DBE certified. Rosa M. Villa (formerly Rosa M. Abeyta) formed Abeyta & Associates in 1992 as a sole proprietor and later formed the limited liability company in 1997. Rosa M. Villa, SR/WA continues today as the managing and designated broker of the company.

Our team's extensive knowledge and experience is demonstrated by our projects with several cities, counties and municipalities, including work with Sound Transit, and the Port of Seattle. With several years of real estate experience, we are qualified in providing services in a professional and cost effective manner. As project managers, we have demonstrated our ability to successfully complete large and small projects simultaneously. We specialize in offering turnkey acquisition and relocation services to agencies and municipalities who need to meet local and federally funded regulatory constraints for their projects. We have extensive knowledge in local, state and federal guidelines and regulations controlling our industry. And, we have many years of experience working on projects with funding sources from the US Department of Housing Urban Development (HUD), Federal Transit Authority (FTA), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Federal Emergency Management Agency, (FEMA) Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), Transportation Improvement Board (TIB), and Community Development Block Grants (CDBG).

Rosa is the managing and designated broker of Abeyta & Associates, a firm she also owns. She has over 28 years experience in real estate, and over 19 years experience in Right-of-Way acquisitions and relocation projects. As a Senior Right of Way Agent, she has extensive experience in all aspects of Right of Way acquisitions & relocation services for federal funded projects. She has several years experience in the management of acquisition and relocation projects and has received a certificate in Project Management by the University of Washington. She has experience in the development and facilitation of acquisition and relocation programs, and has experience in representing Agencies in public meetings and Council presentations.
